Service Guide

  1. Unplug your device from the phone socket.
  2.

  3. Connect the splitter from the Line section to the wall outlet.
  4.

  5. Connect your phone device to the Splitter Phone output.
  6.

  7. Connect your modem to the Modem Splitter Outlet.
  8.

  9. Also connect your modem to your system depending on its type (LAN or USB).

If you have more than one phone, separate Caller ID or fax machine on your ADSL phone line, be sure to have a separate splitter for each Provide and connect the device to the output of the Phone. Also make sure that the plug that connects to the splitter cord does not have a power kit. In such situations, your Internet connection is only available when the phone is busy (such as when you have removed the phone). Replace this type of plug with a regular plug, and if you use the phone scrollbar, make sure to plug it in after the splitter and into the Phone section.
